When you can’t decide which Bodacious to bring… well, I have two front pockets.
I have a folder that had a sticky compression lock, and I went a little too far with a file on the compression lock. Now it has a bit of up-and-down play in the blade when locked, and I'd like to send it back to them for (likely) a new spring-side liner to get that fixed. I know they won't cover that under warranty, but will they fix it for a fee?
Note: I would be even happier if they'd sell me a new liner (without buying a whole new knife) but I don't think they'd ever do that.
Just got my 2nd Bodacious & 2nd Shaman (gave the first one away to a buddy). The Bo feels great after adjusting the pivot, but the Shaman is tighter than a gnat’s bunghole. Gonna have to disassemble & get things moving better. I really do like the Bodacious blade much better. It’s a beast.

Slight modification to the new RGT micarta scales for my Bodacious. Bit of material removal to fully open up the thumb hole on my thumb side.
Just got my new canvas scales from Ripp’s Garage Tech, and consider my mind blown! These things totally exceeded my expectations, and transformed my Bodacious from good to PHENOMENAL! A little mineral oil (per Ripp’s instructions written on the invoice) and these bad boys went absolutely ink black. The pics don’t do them justice, and the feel in hand is unbelievable.
This is now my favorite Spydie by a mile, and is everything I’d hoped the Bodacious would be. If anyone is looking for scales, this is an unpaid endorsement for Ripp’s Garage!
