SM650 2 years old for 360k inr

Found a listing for a Super Meteor 650, 2 years year old, with just 120 km on the odometer, priced at ₹3,60,000.
The owner is a 5’7 short dude weighing just 60 kg and bought the bike as an impulsive decision. I have checked the bike and its in showroom condition with the tyres next to new condition. Hes also providing me touting RE seat worth 10k and some other accessory worth 20k in total.

Good deal?
