my lease is almost over and im getting a bit worried. I am stable and on meds right now but do not know if I qualify for such assistance .

Pending- Card number used ?
Can can anyone help me understands what’s going on? I tried to make a payment online with my doctor . As I submitted the payment, it charged my card, but it was unsuccessful on the merchants end. On the merchant end and set my payment failed to retry.
When I check my Apple wallet it declines it first then immediately after it says “Pending-card used” .
I’m confused . Is this a refund that I have to just waiting on or am I just at a lost?
