I currently work for a service-based company, and I just got assigned to an Amazon project. As part of this, I have the opportunity to work directly from the Amazon office in Bangalore.

The Good & The Bad: Is it generally a good experience, or are there hidden downsides?

Perks & Facilities: Do external vendors/service employees get access to the same office facilities, food, and perks as internal Amazon employees?

Pay/Benefits: Does this kind of alignment usually lead to better pay or bonuses from my parent company?
