BER assessment experience
For anyone who has questions on it....very smooth process..moved from C2 to B(B1 in old range).
The Assessor mostly measured the dimensions of the house and windows, took pictures of the new boiler and smart heating controls, took pictures of the attic insulation added(was done DIY)
Also took pics of the window and door certs.
Happy with the process.
Only thing i observed is that under external doors he put a U Value of 3 instead of 1.1 in the advisory...dont think it makes any difference??

I am planning to put a garden socket outdoors from an existing wall socket. I am in 2 minds whether to put the socket on the external wall or bit further in the garden (no burying just running on the wall) so its easy to access in far parts.
Will this camping cable be sufficient for that?
