Practice run

Does anyone else like doing a practice run before coloring the actual page in their book?

I like printing or copying a page first so I can treat it like a rough draft. It gives me a chance to experiment with color palettes, shading, and different techniques before I commit to the real page. 😅

This is my current work in progress, and I'd love to hear what you all think! I'm constantly second-guessing myself and changing my mind, so I'd really appreciate any feedback.

Do you see anything you would change? Any suggestions for improving the shading, color choices, contrast, or overall look? I'm always looking to learn and improve, so don't be afraid to share your thoughts. Thanks in advance!

When it comes to coloring, it usually takes me 20 times longer than it probably should. I have a big problem with double guessing myself when choosing colors. Trying to figure out what goes good together can get pretty overwhelming. To the point where i just walk away. So im curious to know how other people aproach this. Lets talk about it
