Alternatives to the Sunday Riley Tidal serum?
I really like the hydration and feel of the Tidal serum but I can’t stand the smell (it smells like the beach but in a fishy way rather than a fresh ocean breeze kind of way). What are some good alternatives? I don’t mind splurging if it’s really worth it!

Soshe eyeliner size - is it really 0.002 oz?
I’ve heard the Soshe eyeliner is good so I was checking it out and I saw the product size is listed as 0.002 oz. Is this right?? The Stila gel eyeliner is 0.012, the UBC one is 0.04, Diorshow is 0.007 so this seems really really small. Is this a mistake or is it accurate? Has anyone tried it and does it last more than one or two uses? $24 seems like a lot for something so small if that’s accurate.

Did anyone else get the Ulta survey about the rewards program?
I got a survey yesterday asking my opinion on a bunch of potential changes to the rewards program (including charging a fee to be part of it!). I’m curious if anyone else got this and what you thought.

Ulta policy change confirmed to me
I just spoke with customer service regarding an order I placed two weeks ago that is still “out for delivery” and was never delivered, and they confirmed to me that yes, Ulta has changed their policy and Guest Services is no longer allowed to actually assist customers with issues. Now everything has to go to an “internal team” which reviews the issue and decides if they’re going to help or not. Customer Service is now just another layer you have to go through in order to get your concern forwarded to this team and they are not empowered to actually do anything to help customers.
So just be aware of this in the future. If you contact customer service with an issue you will not get a resolution right away, by design.
It really seems like Ulta is working hard to help me stop spending money there.

Is it safe to assume my package is lost?
My package has been “On FedEx vehicle for delivery” since 4:38 am Tuesday morning (5/12) with no updates since then. I’ve contacted the seller and they won’t do anything because “it’s out for delivery”. FedEx customer service tells me I have to contact the shipper. But at this point, is it safe to assume I’m never getting this package?
