What's the best Chinese restaurant in Chinatown that also happens to have really good har gow and lo mein?
Preferably a sit-down place where the food (especially the har gow) is made fresh to order.

I'm just confused what is forbidden exactly because the official posted rules on what you are allowed to bring is pretty vague.
Like, what is the size restraints for bags? They say large bag, but don't provide dimensional restraints.
Does the bag need to be clear and follow dimensions that meet stadium requirements as shown in the link below?
Do you think they'd allow collapsible stools like the one below since it's technically not a lawn chair?
Can I bring insulated bottles or would they need to be clear plastic bottles?
Also, I saw that the police in their release said that large coolers are forbidden as well. Could I bring a small purse-sized cooler to store ice for my water and personal mister to help me deal with this heatwave?
