Can’t Login to Connect App on iPhone?

Does anyone know how to fix this?
I setup a new developer account and I have accepted all the agreements. But for some reason it won’t let me login to Apple Connect on my iPhone.

I can login to Apple Connect and Apple Developer websites fine. There are no banners about needing any more agreements. Is this just a bug?
