Please help me to identify these little guys

I’m only familiar with a few:

1. Roundleaf sundew
2. Marchantia polymorpha
6. Vaccinium myrtillus
8. Tiny pine
10. Sphagnum rubellum

All found in Karelia.

Google can’t help me, so I thought you might :)

I hate what people have done to dogs. Stupid and cruel.

Pug’s skull in the picture.

No hate for poor inbred doggies of course!

Trazodone + Sertraline combination question

Hello there! Neurologist prescribed me to take Trazodone nightly to fix my horrendous circadian rhythm, and I’m currently taking Sertraline 50 mg. So, my concern is, are these meds okay to combine? Has anyone here had a similar experience?

I miss being emotional

I’m 32f and have been sober and on SSRI for 5 years now. I traded my deep emotions (good and bad) and “magical realism” for dry, materialistic peace. I CRAVED peace and now that I have it, it’s so empty. I miss being irrational, stupid, drink alcohol and smoke weed, having a wild libido ffs… I felt art profoundly, I was at awe, I was crying real tears, I sang, danced, dreamed, I was so full of life. Now I’m “wise” and nice and boring. Respectable. Married to a good boring guy, (who is also ex-alcoholic haha).

And I know that if I quit meds and sobriety I will end up in a psych ward again, so I’m not doing that.

It’s funny, how we have to pay for everything in this life.

Why does anxiety make it hard to swallow, even when there’s no panic attack?

I mean what is the mechanism behind this thing? When there’s discomfort, immediately there is puffed throat feeling. I know others have it too. What the heck?

I’m so easily overstimulated it’s annoying

It’s always too loud, too cold, too hot, too stuffy and too bright for me. Crowds and traffic overwhelm me, the only place that feels really good is a forest. I did not evolve to deal with modern shit.

Sometimes I get so tired, that my body feels really really old. As if my limbs are made of cast iron, and the tinnitus rings in my ears louder than usual, eyes are rolling in their sockets with an effort and it’s hard to think. The worst part of this fatigue is that my body thinks it is dying for some reason, and does not let me go to sleep. Sometimes, when I doze off my nervous system wakes me up, like, WAIT ARE WE BREATHING??

I’m 32 and have no kids yet haha >!I’m cooked ik!<

I’m not depressed rn, and life’s good, but it’s one of those extreme fatigue days so I felt the urge to vent, because I can’t really discuss it with anyone.

What are these red itchy spots I have appearing after hot showers?

Female, 32, 170/58, smoker, chronic cholecystitis, allergic to (some) cats&dogs, no surgeries, no pregnancies. Taking 50mg sertraline.

I have it all my life, but it seems to get worse. Mostly it’s just 4-5 spots, but sometimes it gets like in the photo. I noticed, I have more of it, when spending time with a dog I have an allergy to.

Recently I had it appearing on my face (from cheekbone to eyebrow) a few times! After the warm shower too.

Also when I go out in cold air, the skin on my knuckles goes red and cracks and bleeds.

What is it? Please help!

My T is caused by SSRI (I think?), and I have it for ~5 years. This might be my first ever spike of such intensity. Shit’s loud 🥲

I have a long story of health anxiety, but thanks to this sub I was able to calm myself down, and not thinking that I have a stroke or hearing loss or something. But, you know, just to be sure. It’s common stuff, right?…

Found scattered over landslide area, not far from Black sea shore. At first I thought these were pieces of bones (like ribs), but looking closer I made sure it’s some kind of mineral.

Last pic shows the surrounding rocks and dirt.

I’m 32, and not nearing perimenopause yet (checked). Endocrinologist and therapist shrug their shoulders, no one can explain why it started happening to me a year ago. (At the same time I started having extrasystoles, which also worsen in luteal. Quite unpleasant and also has “no reason” to happen but does.)

People, please, reach out to me if you had or having the same problem, I’m stressed :(
