GP surgery changed my title to Mx?

After submitting my deed poll and updated passport 2 years ago I've only just noticed now after picking up a prescription that my gp surgery has my title on my records down as Mx, rather than Mr. Despite the fact that I'd specifically requested both my name and title be updated to match both documents.

Wtaf? Is this something worth complaining about?

Travelling with hormones

I will be travelling to Lithuania for top surgery next month so need to take 1 dose of testosterone and injection supplies ect. + ritalin. I don't have a physical copy of the prescription because they're all digital, but I have letters from both prescribing doctors. Do you guys think this'll be enough?

It'd be great if you could share any similar experiences too.

Wtf was paper

Aqa physics paper 1. I feel like the paper was good generally, but the wording of the questions was so strange compared to last year!

Tarantulas aint cutting it?

I been climbing for just over a year now progressing to v4/5, I've noticed my la sportiva tarantulas aren't performing as well as I need them too now they're worn in a bit - particularly they keep popping off small edges .

I don't have anywhere reasonably close to try on shoes unfortunately so I'll have to order them online and send them back if they don't fit. Does anyone have any reccs for a mid level shoe that'll take some wear and wont break the bank?

I just had an assesment with harrow health and have been diagnosed with combined type adhd and reccomended medication because of a history of heart attack in my family (feel like I shouldn't have mentioned it because I later found out they were all 70+ and due to lifestyle factors!).

The guy said he can send a request to my GP to refer but im really unwilling to wait because my A levels are approaching quickly, is it worth just paying for a private cardiology appointment? I did try to call HH earlier to ask how they'd want the results shared with them but I was like 15th in the queue and gave up. I also still haven't been sent my report so idk if they need a standard 12 lead or one of the portable multi day ECGs.

I have an assesment with harrow health in a few weeks however I've only now seen lots of bad reviews, I chose them on an impulse because they have the shortest waitlist.

My friend recently had their assesment with another provider and their experience went very well, is there anyway I can change my referal? Should I still go ahead with the assesment.
