[HELP] All ANGLE graphics backend options have problems on YouTube

I'm on Windows 10 and have had issues with this in the past. But now I've run into a new one. Literally every option for "Choose ANGLE graphics backend" has glaring issues on YouTube.

  • Default and D3D11 over saturate videos until I mouse over the progress bar. Then the colours return to normal for half a second and switch back to being broken again. It's not crazy, but enough that it makes things like human skin tones look completely unnatural.
  • D3D11 WARP tanks the frame rate of all videos. I don't know to exactly what rate, but to my eyes it looks to be in the 15-20 FPS range. No issue with saturation.
  • D3D9 causes almost all reds to be really aliased / pixilated. This is especially apparent with the edges of red text or small red things in frame (e.g. a small red LED on a circuit). No issue with saturation or frame rate.

The saturation issue is nothing new, it's been there for ages and I got around it by using D3D9. But with the aliasing issue I now have to make do with the least-worst option in the list (which is still D3D9).

Does anyone know of anything I can do to fix any of the options so that at least one is actually useable?

Thanks.
