What is your routine?

Interested in ways to optimize and get more out of my current routine. What do you do before, during and after your plunge? Any changes you’ve made that improved your experience?

Currently doing 15 minutes of Wim Hoff breathing

Followed by 5 minute plunge (at 6 degrees C)

Dry off and start the day

been doing this for 2 weeks since I got my plunge and chiller, unfortunately 6 is the coldest I can get the tub)
