After TDA, the parabatai oath hits different
It gives me goosebumps. And not the appropriate kind lol
I don't read smutty stuff for the most part (no judgements, just not for me), so the intimacy of that scene between Emma and Jules was probably the most erotic thing I've read in a while. And it was so beautiful. So now I shiver any time I read any part of it in any of the other books. And then I remember it's not supposed to make me feel like that and I'm a serious grown-up lady, and I feel a bit embarrassed.

Anybody playing on Steam with Rog X Ally?
Y'all. I bough a whole ass Rog X Ally to play this game. I don't have a PC. And the sounds doesn't work. I'm not a gamer, just obsessed with the idea of this specific game since like 2015 when I had an Xbox 360 and didn't finish the game. Any suggestions for what to do to make it work? The controls seem to be...not optimized either? I'm sure it's my fault, but help would be appreciated.

Does anyone know what goes into creating a new job classification for state jobs?
Hi! My team and myself are working on re-requesting a re-classification, and one of the issues we ran into is the fact that our current job has evolved massively over the years, but the job description has not changed. However, the classification we are more aligned with is slightly out of reach (has also evolved without being updated). We are thinking about asking for a new classification to be created that is in-between the two. There are people who have the same classification as my team but don't do the same work, so we think there should be a distinction.
Does anyone on here know what goes into creating a new job title, with grades and steps, and could weigh in?
