Regulator Feedback?

I’m thinking of replacing my relay and am considering the regulator. It really comes down to power and range. I’m towing more and I can’t keep up with friends on full powered bikes. I also can’t commute easily on the relay. The power delivery is such that it’s not effective on flatter rides. With that: does the regulator get up to speed and hold speed near 20 mph on flat/roads? What kind of elevation and range are you seeing? Can you get a full size water bottle into a size small? Or medium? Is the range extender required?

Thanks in advance!

Roof box question

Does anyone know of a roof box that works natively with the factory roof rack? I have a Thule with the claw style clamps that is incompatible without adapters. I’m at the max height in my office car park and can’t go up any higher. This eliminates some of the solutions I’ve seen like the powerful UK option of raising two of the crossbars. I have a roof box hoist in my garage, so I’m looking for something that I can operate with only one person and hopefully tool free installation.

Check engine light?

So this is on me, but I had a check engine light go on in my 2023 AWD. I was pushing hard (into the turbo, 3-4k rpm’s) over a mountain pass and all of a sudden the engine light goes on and I go into limp mode. I was also getting the low fuel warning and ignoring it because I’ve got the extended S&B tank. The low fuel warning has historically gone on way too early.

So we enjoy the pass and head home. I get fuel and it’s no longer in limp mode. However, the light has not gone off. There are no other symptoms. DEF is fine. I added diesel and the low fuel warning is off.

Any ideas why the check engine light is still on?

Clips or Flats for Knee Rehab?

Pretty much the title. I’m cleared to ride after a PRP injection into my femur and meniscus. I was originally going to stick with flats but then I realized that clips would give me more power on the better side if I needed to favor it.

Porsche is Shutting Down Fazua

Welp. It looks like Fazua is gone. I also saw that a YouTuber has a video out on this. Basically, the brands are saying they will support their bikes and that spare parts will continue to be available. We can probably expect deep discounts on any current models that use Fazua motors. I’m a current owner (Transition Relay). I like my bike and plan to keep it, but may pick up an extra battery while they are still widely available. It’s kind of a shame as I liked how naturally Fazua delivered power and I liked having a removable battery.

So I was just riding along (no, really) on my Sentinel and I heard a bad sound from the back of the bike. I stopped immediately and found that the little fender over the pivot had snapped off.

Has anyone else done this? What is the fix? I’m guessing replacement but wanted to see if anyone could confirm.

I’m close to the Outpost and I’m not worried about Transition taking care of me. I also can’t figure out what happened to cause this.
