Loud banging rev after idling for 5 mins.

Audio is from Thinkware f200 pro dashcam, so esdnt able to do any audio mixing to enhance.

Please listen to atleast first 60 seconds. I know the a/c noise was there. But you can hear the difference.

I already drove 4 miles since cold start, sat in the parking lot for about 5 mins already. Baby was sleeping, so I was silent.

Sudden vibrations and noise for a minute then it dialed down, probably it revved for a bit.

2025 palisade calligraphy, bought new. Currently at 9k miles. Already had oil change at 5k miles or so. Next one is not until 12k according to the reminder sticker by dealer.

Will check the oil now, but no warnings whatsoever.

This is the first time it happened.

Hyundai should recall this s#it and replace them with either a proper design or genesis design or 2024 design key fobs.

Almost lost the plastic cover, then almost lost the metal key. This is ridiculous.

Trump: Make cotton great again?

This is one of the latest Trump's truths https://truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTrump/posts/116667455698157827

TLDR: Trump administration's USDA is launching a major effort called the Great American Cotton Plan to revive the US cotton industry, reduce reliance on synthetic fabrics such as polyester and encourage Americans to buy products made from US-grown cotton.

I know jack shit about cotton and I doubt any cotton related stocks would be even close to Dell or Intel. I just asked chatGPT to give me some tickers:

Gildan Activewear ($GIL) — probably the clearest listed beneficiary. Gildan says it buys cotton and cotton-based yarn through its yarn-spinning facilities, and it estimates that a $0.01/lb move in cotton changes annual raw-material costs by about $6 million.

Kontoor Brands ($KTB) — Wrangler and Lee are denim-heavy brands, and Kontoor says its raw materials include cotton and that it is exposed to both cotton pricing and the cultivation of cotton. If the policy lifts demand for U.S.-made cotton apparel, Kontoor is well placed to benefit.

Adecoagro ($AGRO). One of few publicly listed cotton growers / farmers. Its annual report says its crops business produces soybean, corn, wheat, peanut, sunflower and cotton, so it does have cotton exposure, but it is a broader agribusiness rather than a cotton-specialist.

There is also SLC Agrícola but that's a Brazilian stock.

Medical bill went to IC Systems. $670ish. No settlement offer.

Would it effect my credit score?

How should I request them to get a settlement offer. Should I start a monthly payment plan and after paying for a couple of months should I ask them for some kind of settlement/discount?

Please advice.

2026 doesn't come with complimentary 3-year maintenance?

Bought my 2026 in oct 2025. Did they discontinue the maintenance for palisade only or all cars starting 2026?

A data center in New Jersey was just canceled after residents showed up and fought against it

The Water Consumption and 24/7 Noise of a Data Center is Alarming. We MUST vote Against the Data Center.

We barely have enough water for the people who live here now. Thank goodness for this rain the last few days. Imagine being in a drought and the water our city needs going to a data center that makes an incredible amount of audible noise and even more infrasound that can disturb animals and cause nausea and dizziness in people.

Vi Lyles is out but real Charlotteans gotta be in the know about the real harm of data centers.
