Jest needed to get this off my chest

I (30M) feel like I've just been barely managing to keep myself alive...

After failing and managing through a lot of things and losing parts of my heart over and over again I feel very hollow, in pain and very exhausted

I'm now in Germany, but due to reasons I just felt like I ended up here because people didn't want to deal with what I'm going through. I'm just not able to put what I'm going thru in words

In short I'm in pain and I don't have anyone I can talk to,

friends are almost non-existent.

I feel lost, alone and broken
