How Many Calories Does Drumming Burn?
What's up guys? I recently been working more on my health and fitness, and I'm curious how many calories I might burn while playing. Curious if any of you guys have tracked this before. I found some information online, but it seems to be all over the place depending on the drummer and the style of music. Have any of my fellow Average Joe's ever tracked their calories during a gig or just a good practice session? Any information is helpful. Thanks!
*Edit: Thanks for all the feedback amigos! I wasn't assuming that practicing or even a gig could count as a workout (I do ACTUAL workouts for fitness, drumming is for pleasure). I was just looking for more information from actual drummers, and y'all delivered. I appreciate it.

Gratitude For My Kit
Feeling very grateful these days for how my kit has come together. It's taken some time due to other financial priorities, but I recently added a couple new cymbals after joining my first band in years and I'm pumped.

Newest addition is the 20" HHX Studio Crash which I got a great deal on from a friend. And last year I added the AA Metal X ride which was basically gifted to me from another friend. The kit itself is a Tama Silverstar that I got used from Rupps(rip) in Denver probably 8 years ago, and the other cymbals are 13" AAX Stage Hats and a 16" HHX Stage Crash.

.... and the tape cross over the mic port is to keep the cats out of it haha.

Loving The Sf Mocs
Was looking at Clarks wallabies for a while, but then somebody posted these in this sub and I had to snag em. This is the first day of wearing them, but they're pretty darn comfortable, and I feel like they'll be easy to wear with quite a few fits.

It's warm but I'm not ready for shorts yet. Really liked the vibe of this look today. Hat is Deus Ex Machina. Shirt is Eat Dust. Pants are Dickies Skateboarding. Vans on feet.
