Newbie here. Recently purchased & set up a Ugreen DXP4800 Pro + 2 x Seagate 4TB drives.

I have the apps on my phones too (iPhone and Android).

1. When I'm away from my home network, how do I access my NAS? FYI, I have checked the Ugreenlink remote access box in Control Panel, and set up a Ugreenlink ID.

2. When I'm away from my home network, my iOS app at least logs me in and syncs my photos (though I have to trigger this manually). However, my Android app does not even log me in.
   (a) How do I get my Android to log me in when away from home network and
   (b) How do I get both phones to sync my photos and videos automatically?

I purchased two OpenMeet UCs approximately six months ago. One unit, used by my wife, has performed without issue so far.

My own unit worked reliably for the first four months, albeit I was using it for under two hours a day.

However, over the past month, I have experienced a recurring problem during MS Teams calls: the headset suddenly produces loud whooshing and digital interference sounds, similar to a dial-up modem connecting. The only fix is to power the device off and back on.....but the issue returns within 15-20 minutes.

This has made the headset unreliable for professional use. I no longer use it during meetings because I cannot count on it to stay stable.

Setup details, for anyone troubleshooting a similar issue:

• Both units connect via USB-A dongle to Windows Lenovo ThinkPad laptops
• Firmware is up to date via the Shokz Windows app
• So far, the device has only been used with MS TEAMS

I would welcome a fix, but until then I cannot recommend this product for business use. If I don't get any support here, I may have to go through the hassle of contacting Shokz's official customer care, returning the item, etc.

(PS - by the way, the OpenMeet's fit is REALLY poor, and a huge step down from OpenComm.)

Hi - I m expecting my X9U + the teleconverter lens kit in the coming days. Any good CASE recommendations that are magsafe compatible? Also, if there any that are magsafe AS WELL AS teleconverter lens compatible, that'd be just awesome!

I have tried Wonda many times, they are good but they said they won't stock this phone (global version) for another 3-4 weeks.
Have not tried Trinity, Giztop, TradingShenzen. Any feedback about their service in general, shipping times and any customs fee surprises ? Btw, TradingShenzen don't seem to list the global version.
As for AverageDad, its £100-£200 more expensive and feedback has not been great.
