I've watched so many videos about housing, yet this is the best summarization on why we need to build more and how so many of our city's other issues will maybe not fall away, but get so much easier to handle.

Day 2. I bought VIP, but friend was only able to snag GA and VIP is sold out. There’s a number of GA tickets still available. Does Golden Voice/Framework usually have VIP upgrades at these events?

Venice Afterburn 10/10-10/11

It’s a great event last year and free if you arrive early. If you’ve ever considered going to Burning Man, this gives an idea of what the vibe is like. Art cars featured there often show up at other festivals. I just saw the lifeguard stand stage from last year show up to LIB.

ISO: Factory EPROM for 1995 Manual M3 (built 10/94)

I am currently trying to get my car smogged in CA and tested too high on NOx by almost double the passing limit on both 15 and 25 mph roller tests. I believe it's because I have a Conforti performance chip in my car. I'm looking for someone that may be able to get me a chip with unmodified factory stock programming, DME not needed.

The car is 1995 M3 with a manual transmission and a build date of 10/94. Because of this I think it's EWS-1. I'm located in Los Angeles, CA and would rather receive a new EPROM, rather than reprogramming. Happy to confirm any details that I may be missing.
