Not being able to buy or conquer Sinai for Suez when the Ottomans like you but Egypt hates you is very frustrating.
I'm playing as the British and want to build Suez but getting the land is a pain. The Ottomans are Egypt's overlord and in a defensive pact with them so its a pain to get the land. Its a shame for the purchase you dont have to be friendly with either Egypt or their overlord.
Got the Egalitarian achievement with a suspicious China.
Why aren't I generating leverage here? Is it a bug or am I Missing something?
The country is called the United States of America so I took that literally.
Made the true United States of America. Would of incorporated them all too if it wasn't for a late Brazilian rebellion.
Should Russia start on frontier colonisation?
Given how the country hasn't long finished it's push east, would colonise Sakhalin in this period and push further south. I feel like they should start with frontier colonisation.

You already have enough railways? Are you sure you wouldn't like 40 more?
Private que going crazy and building 40 more railways in a state that already has enough transportation.
Marco, why do you lie to me? This clearly isn't the highest point in Cliff Town. The exit portal is.
Why do achievements still require Ironman?
I've been playing Victoria 3 and ck3 recently. With the newer games moving to not requiring iron man for achievements should Hoi4 do the same?
For me it makes it more fun as being able to reload an old save when I mess up means I abandon a lot less runs.
Declared a war a little too early? Id much prefer to reload a save before for the war then have to replay the years before hand on a new save 90% the same way.
What do you think should they disable the iron man requirement for achievements.
Rome weebs looking at steam engines.
I've been down the rabbit hole of was Rome about to industrialise.
I can't believe people think that Hero's steam engine was anything close to a 1700's steam engine such as the Newcomen engine.
They use very different principals. The power of industrial steam engines comes from the pressure it generates when water evaporates to steam vs the roman one only needing steam to move. It creates very little power in comparison.
That's not even mentioning the other engineering abilities the Romans are missing such as high pressure valves and the shear quantity of good quality iron it takes to make it work.
The map is centered around pirate ships which are from the Coco levels in warped so should it be Coco Cove instead?
Seen some people posting about going to NCP too early so here is a low tech defence that beats it at least on normal. I've also attached my schematic which forms the start of my defence. I initially load it with copper than replace with Thorium once i'm more set up.
This defense in overkill. In this game the guardian went left. It died to just the 3 rows of salvos.
