I am three sessions in. I wanted to ask when you guys start seeing difference? I feel after three sessions , my hair are still the same.

Hey. Me(34F) and my husband - we have started trying for a baby. It’s been 2 cycles but no luck. I somehow was in the misconception that given we are both healthy we will receive the good news at our first try. I am now coming to terms that it can be a long journey and require so much patience without any self doubt.

My doctor says that 2 cycles is very early and had I been in my 20s she would have asked me to try for atleast a year. But given my age, she advised me to try for 4-5 cycles without any stress and if it doesn’t happens by then, we can plan for further assessments.

I wanted to ask on how to improve my chances and how long did it take you to conceive after you started trying?

So I have been dilating and I could get to the point of doing it with a dilator of about 2.5 inches. But it doesn’t all go in. Just the tip and 1-2 inches maybe . I am fine with the smaller ones. Also, I feel like there is some kind of a bone at the top.

Is it normal? What can I do to make more room for it to completely go in. Is insertion by penis any different than dilator? Also, how much does an actual penis realistically go in?
