Full feeling in belly and discomfort

Hi, all. I've dealt with constipation issues for years and abused laxatives for it. I don't do that anymore after having to reteach my body how to defecate without them (not fun). Now I only take them if I really need to.

Recently, I went to my PCP for the constipation, and she suggested I add more fiber into my diet. Such as 2 servings of fruits and veggies into my diet as well as 2 glasses of water. I will admit I have not been great about following this, but I've been trying. I bought a water bottle to help and now I just need to work on my fiber intake. When I started this diet, I was pooping great!

The past few days, I have been dealing with a feeling of fullness in my stomach that has made it quite uncomfortable to eat. I've been pooping in the morning, but I don't feel cleaned out after, even though I had a nice-looking poop recently. My PCP has said I have a pelvic floor issue because I have also dealt with urination issues for a month or two, where I will constantly have to go to the bathroom, with not a lot being peed out. I'm seeing a therapist in June for the pelvic floor. My stomach has also been somewhat firm and it feels like everything has seized up down there. Which is something I deal with on the regular, but I'm getting tired of it.

The triggers I *do* notice are eating too much (and sometimes eating dessert) or masturbating. If I do the latter, I'm guaranteed to get backed up. It sucks. I'm tired of feeling like I have to plan my meals around my stomach. I can't even eat crackers anymore, or apples, and it seems like ice-cream at night was causing discomfort too.

I'm quite uncomfortable. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Please ignore my sister's mispelling of Humdinger's name. But I think this looks rather accurate!

I'm not sure if I should have labelled this as a question or discussion, but I would like to know who was the first of Shredder's employees to be mutated and who was the last. And the rest in between, like a chronological timeline? Google hasn't yielded any results. It seems like Bebop and Rocksteady were mutated later on in the series, compared to Xever and Bradford. And the latter two were already mutants by the time Baxter turned into a fly mutant.
