Best ac for small room around 35k rs

"Hi everyone,

I'm planning to buy an AC for my small room and my budget is around ₹35,000. I'm confused between a 1 Ton and 1.5 Ton AC for a small-sized room.

My main priorities are:

Good cooling for a small room

Low electricity bill

Long-term value for money

Should I go for a 3-Star or 5-Star AC in this

budget?

Also, which brands/models would you personally recommend around ₹35k?

Would really appreciate suggestions from people already using ACs in similar room sizes. Thanks!"

1 Ton vs 1.5 Ton AC for a small room with direct roof exposure?

Hey guys, quick doubt. I'm buying an AC for a small room (approx 110 sq. ft.).

The room is on the ground floor, but there is no floor above it (direct terrace/roof). It gets very hot and the humidity (umas) is quite high.

Should I go for 1 Ton 5-Star or 1.5 Ton 5-Star?

Since the roof is exposed to the sun, will a 1 Ton AC struggle?

Which one will be more power-efficient given the high heat load from the ceiling?

Which is more power consumption?

Looking for a quick "paisa-wasool" suggestion. Thanks!

23M from a tier-3 city in India stuck between family business and career preparation ?

I’m 23M from India and recently completed my B.Com. My father has taken franchises for medicine shops, and I’m involved in managing them too.

One shop is inside my home, so I handle most of it daily. Another franchise is around 15 km away, and I have to visit there once or twice a week as well. Because of all this, I’m struggling to focus properly on studies or career preparation.

The total monthly payout/profit from both shops combined is around ₹50k maximum at the moment. The shop I mainly manage has relatively lower sales compared to the other one.

Now I’m confused about my future:

My situation

I want to prepare for a better career/future opportunity.

My maths and English are weak, so I know I’ll need serious focused study time.

But at the same time, I feel responsible for helping my father.

Since the business is family-based and at home, it’s hard to mentally separate “work time” and “study time.”

Sometimes I think maybe I should move to another city for preparation so I can focus properly.

Other times I feel staying home and supporting the business while preparing slowly might be the smarter option.

What I want advice on

Should I leave home temporarily for studies/preparation?

Or should I stay home and manage both together?

Has anyone here been in a similar family-business vs career situation?

What would be the practical and realistic approach in my case?

I’d really appreciate honest advice, especially from people who came from tier-3 cities or family business backgrounds.

23M from a tier-3 city in India stuck between family business and career preparation, need genuine advice

I’m 23M from India and recently completed my B.Com. Average in study...My father has taken franchises for medicine shops, and I’m involved in managing them too.

Is my cheeks is not good

My relative nd family said u will not good because ur cheeks are sunken ...how can improve little

I have completed my B.Com from a tier-3 college and now I want to prepare for banking exams (like Bank PO/Clerk), but my Maths and English are both quite weak.

Because of this, I feel confused about where to start and how to build a strong preparation strategy. I also want to keep future options like private jobs or MBA open, so I don’t want to make the wrong decision.

My questions:

  1. How should I start preparation from zero if my Maths and English are weak?

  2. Which subjects should I focus on first?

  3. Should I first improve basics (Quant + English + Reasoning) or directly start banking exam preparation?

  4. Is coaching necessary, or can self-study work?

  5. How can I balance banking preparation while also keeping MBA/private job options open?

I would really appreciate advice from people who were in a similar situation, especially those from non-top colleges.

Please guide me with a realistic roadmap...
