Ravi senior is damn funny to watch

Ennadhan avaru serious ah reactions kuduthalum ,naa avaroda reactions ku fan aaiten. He remainded me of actor manikandan(good night film hero). In 1st 20 episodes , just thought him as just a side character, after watching upto 80 episodes, wahh he became one of the important character in the series.Such a stress buster he is. To be frank Andha love triangle Ravi-anitha-bharathi was far far better than the movie vjs’s rendu kadhal. He deserves chances in film industry.

Does travelling help with reducing your anxiety?

I recently travelled to 2 different places in a month and have found my anxiety has dropped to a large extent. My hypervigilance was reduced too. But i feel as if it has a only a temporary effect on me. What do i do and how is it reducing mine?

Why is Reena so selfish?

Watched around 40 episodes of season 1, and i am feeling like reena being so self-centered.Sometimes i feel annoyed of her behaviour. She literally doesn’t care about rocky’s thoughts and feelings, doesnt ask her batchmates about their well being. Goes always behind Arjun and blah blah. Would her character gets developed or am i too early too judge her?

Hypervigilance and hyperawareness

Its been 2 years and i am in a state where i am constantly scanning my surrounding for any threat, which feels like people are judging based on my eye movements.
When i try to control it, i get stressed out and start being awkward. Even sitting in a library or in a theatre i feel like i am judged by the person next to me(which i know is he/she is absolutely not), and i behave awkwardly thereby i try to suppress my thoughts, leading to anxious thoughts loops.
I dont know how i am gonna overcome this. But i am ready to take any risk to lead a anxiety free life.

Does completing the paper with average answers in all the gs papers+optionals can make you get selected for interview?

I have been seeing some mains strategy videos, in which most of the toppers say that finishing the paper in itself and writing average answers can fetch you into interview.
How far is this true? Need opinions
Ps: pls dont mind my grammar
