What are your opinions on these two fish coexisting?

I'm planning out a 125 gallon tank. Thinking of 6 angelfish and 8 boesemani rainbowfish.

However, I think there's an energy mismatch between the two with the rainbowfish being much more active than angelfish.

But I really like the idea of them.

I've heard that rummy nose tetras are often added to angelfish tank and those guys are really active too so maybe activity isn't much of an issue?

Is it true that a goldfish’s internal organs continue to grow even when the overall body stops?

I am imagining that eventually all goldfish burst from the inside out if they don’t reach a normal size. Lol I know that can’t be true but that’s how I feel when I read comments and posts talking about stunted goldfish.

Or is it true?

Aquarium salt is often used to treat sick fish but what about using salt prophylactically for healthy fish?

What do you guys think about having salt permanently dosed in your main goldfish tank?

Obviously if the angelfish currently has bent fins, it has them. But are there things I can observe on the angelfish's body that predict a predisposition to bent fins?

Are certain types of angelfish (maybe veil tails?) more likely to have bent fins?

Once I have angelfish, are there things I can do to prevent bent fins?
