bug identification help asap 🤧

found on my newly bought begonia (labelled don miller?)
i was about to treat it anyway as i do all new plants but i want to know what im dealing with before she goes in a major isolation. i cant see anymore on the plant but i know it can get out of hand quickly 🤧
(has been about a meter from windows on all sides for five days so been getting pretty good light, it looks happy but i'm scared - pot has drainage, watered once but gonna be replacing the soil soon)

struggling zz cuttings

hey all i would really appreciate some advice, i have been having troubles with propagating this raven zz that seems to just want to die.
over the past two weeks there was a massive heatwave in the uk and i had to leave my plants and all cuttings, i did a thorough watering of these cuttings before i left but all the leaves seem to have gone suuuuuuper leathery. it was left in a room that gets a lot of sun. it's been moved now to somewhere that gets moderate light.
i was wondering if they'll still take in the soil. or if i need to give up on these cuttings.
i have just watered it as i have just returned.
i have attached photos of the leaves, the whole plant and one of the bottoms that i'm trying to root. any advice would be mega <3

raven zz cuttings repeatedly rotting

hi everyone, i'm kind of new here. a few weeks back i bought a raven zz and from the get go it seemed to have root rot, i dealt with that best i could but from there it just continued to rot. i took cuttings and tried to propagate but everything seems to rot. all the leaves i had in perlite or moss prop boxes have rot and moulded and the stems i have in perlite are rotting too. i've cut back the rot and only have a few stems left.
i've never had this experience trying to propagate a plant and i feel desperate.

i have them under grow lights at least nine hours a day and they have access to natural light also.
i've been giving the boxes a little air every now and then so that they didn't build up too much damp and only watered it once after the initial repot for rot. now one cutting is in water but the other two i don't know what to do with as they look like they are rotting.

i need this plant to survive so any help would be mega! thanks yall. <3
