Is it time to chop?

My hair is fine and thin and I'm wondering if it's time to just cut it much shorter? I REALLY don't want to. I cut it into a pixie 2 years ago and this is the grow out from that. I hated the pixie.

So reddit, is it time to chop or is this still okay?

LPN hospital vs LTC

I tried to search to see if there's many posts on this but didn't come up with what I need.

I've been an LPN for 8 years. I love LTC. I've also worked OP multi-specialty clinic and OP bariatric surgery. Most of my experience is in LTC though ranging with some patients much high acuity than others.

My current job has really bad benefits so I'm looking for a new job. I'm considering apply for IP hospital jobs. I've read some posts about how LPNs are treated IP and how they function in their role. As a patient, I've had one LPN as a IP nurse but I was transferred to a level one as the patient so she wasn't my nurse for long.

My question is have any other LPNs transitioned from LTC to IP hospital? The openings I see are for medsurg. I am in the process of studying for my TEAS again so I can get into a bridge program. The hospital would pay for tuition reimbursement which would be great too.

Thanks y'all. Im in North Carolina if that's helpful information

Before and after a good pee!

I happened to be feeding her when she peed right in front of me! I've never seen it happen before and had only heard about them shrinking!

Can't believe I actually got a before and after like that!

Howdy,

Is anyone able to identify this as a bed bug based on my horrible pic? I thought it was a tick, tossed it in the toilet then realized I should send a pic to my boyfriend just to check. Unfortunately it's not a good pic.

I'm definitely getting bitten by something in my sleep. Very itchy bites. I've sprayed my mattress and bought encasements but they aren't on yet. I can't do them by myself and won't have help until tomorrow.

I'm absolutely panicking. Thanks in advance!!!

My hair got so thin after weight loss that I had to cut it all off and I'm so excited with the growth I've had!
