Ab/core exercise that doesn't put any pressure on legs?

Pulled my leg muscle, thought of doing suitcase carry but it shifts weight toward leg.

Did knee raise on captain's chair, the only issue is that after I get tired from doing them I just drop my entire body on the floor and land on my legs, which causes strain on them. No matter how much I focus I end my making this mistake.

Any other ab/core exercise that doesn't put any pressure on leg?

Good earphone for around 500rs?

I have been using JBL Tune 500 Wired On-Ear Headphones that I bought in UAE for 2 years, and it broke.

Currently in India and I need an earphone, that has clear audio for learning French and Music.

Should be durable enough.

I use it mainly on my laptop

Please give suggestions

Will adding an ab workout be beneficial for me? or is it a waste of time? I will be joining the army

I was at the gym and saw captain's chair, so I was wondering if adding any ab exercise will be beneficial or is it a waste of time.

I am following this full body workout 3 days a week. (From Will Tennyson, but I added/changed a few things)

Also I am not doing some of the exercises since I pull my leg muscle

  • Dead hang till failure (around 60s)
  • Scapular pull ups (2 set, 2nd set till failure)
  • Trying to do as much failed pull up as I can ( 1 set till failure)
  • Dumbbell front raise ( High rep, 1 set till failure)
  • Dumbbell lateral raise ( High rep, 1 set till failure)
  • Dumbbell bent over shoulder extension ( High rep, 1 set till failure)

These above exercises are for shoulder rehab and also for pull ups since I will be joining the army, right now I can't even do 1 pull up

  • Squat (Not doing atm)
  • Bench press
  • Lat pull down
  • Romanian dead lift (Not doing atm)
  • Barbell curl
  • Inverted row (Not doing atm)

I do them 2 sets, last one till failure.

Good alternative to Inverted Row aka Australian pull ups?

I am following this Will Tennyson beginner full body workout 3 days a week.

Squat

bench press

Barbell row

Romanian dead lift

Barbell curl

The issue with inverted row is that, I am unable to place my body the same way, also my neck hurts a lot when I do them.

Can you please advice me something better

Some of my issues with dhurandhar revenge, need to vent plz

Major spoilers

Yes I am jobless, and have a lot of free time,

Plz no hate and dont take this seriously, this just a vent

I don't favor any political party or religion

I love Dhurandhar "1st one" it is one of my favorite movies (except the ending Hulk man part), even considering Hollywood movies, it is up there, second part was utter shit, in comparison, few reasons:

  1. Major Iqbal looks intimidating and scary in the first one, for example when Rehman Dakait tries to threaten him, and Major laughs, it was scary, his laugh made it looked like he had entire control of the situation, and he had dealt with many people like Rehman.
  2. I always thought Major will be the one to find Hamza's identity, I always thought Major had doubts from the get go, that Hamza is a foreign agent or at least working against ISI by providing info to Baloch resistance, and that is why he wanted to show Hamza the torture of Indian agent, as a warning that "If I catch you, this will happen to you"
  3. Who the fk gives passport or important docs right outside their house? like does it ever fkin happen irl? dont people usually do this discussion inside their house? and the fact that Hamza is so important by this point, but a random creepy guy can park his car and sit outside his house and no one notices
  4. In D1 wasn't Major living in a lavish modern house? when we see him with the boxing bag? In Pakistani shows, they always portray their officers living a lavish lifestyle, in modern house, in defense colonies (see ehd-e-wafa).
  5. Hamza is a well trained spy, but he is found because wait for it he writes notes in his personal diary and keeps the special ink next to it, and it is broken by Yalina, how convenient, my guy why da fk u even needs notes for? and if u need em cant they be cryptic?
  6. I have lived my entire life in UAE, and let me tell you something about them Emiraties, they wont allow armed private guards waiting outside of airport showing off their rifles. They want to portray an image that UAE is an extremely safe country, I have not even seen guns on cops in UAE. If there are private armed guards, they are very discreet.
  7. Why the fk is Sanyal/Doval meeting Hamza in Dubai? Dubai tracks everyone and their mother, the moment Doval landed in Dubai, gov of UAE knows who he is, and they will track him, they see Hamza go on and meet him, they will find out he came on a Pakistani passport and inform Pakistan, again UAE has had good relations with Pakistan for most of its existence, in comparison to India. A better meeting place would have been Afghanistan, Hamza could make an excuse of an extended family in Kabul, and the fact that Afghanistan gov never really liked Pakistan means less chance of being ratted out, in fact Dhar could have shown that we have a major network already setup in Afghanistan.
  8. Why the fk would Israel help India to this level? Did Dhar forget about our relationship with Iran? we were even building a port there. What do you think is more like Mossad, recording the session and blackmailing ISI chief (or whatever his post was) for intel? or giving it to India and hoping for India's goodwill? and the fact that Doval says to ISI chief "Did you think Israel won't tell us?" like ma guy Israel is a country that has spied on the fkin USA, why do you think you have birthright to every info from Mossad?
  9. Why the fk is Hamza face timing Doval? I thought contact was more scarce and secret?
  10. The gunman arc was absolutely forced and shit, Not everything needs to be connected to Hamza, I thought by the end of the movie Hamza would have been shown to liberate Bangladesh, again.
  11. Doval told Hamza that "he has no constraints" what do you mean constraints? in the first part there were no constraints mentioned, the only constraint was his own life, Hamza had to call the shots from the get go. First movie was all about how careful and methodical Hamza has to be, and in the second movie he has plot armor.
  12. Does Pakistan not have CCTV cameras? Hamza is in the hospital when a terrorist is poisoned by fair and lovely's brand ambassador, wouldn't autopsy show he is poisoned? Wouldn't Pakistani police just check the hospital CCTV and see Hamza?
  13. The scene of terrorist face timing Doval is so cringe, an extremist terrorist willing to blow himself up for his ideology, is shown so weak in front of a gun. Instead they should have shown him keep his conviction till the very end, it would have portrayed just the kind of people Indian intelligence is dealing with.
  14. Hamza is killing Major's aides left and right, and all Major does is jack shit nothing.
  15. There is no network of ISI agents inside of Pakistan? in their own backyard? they could have shown how ISI has infiltrated every gang, political party etc.
  16. I think Dhar did not get the memo, there are no fair elections in Pakistan, it is all decided by their military.
  17. This should have been a three part movie, Major Iqbal being the main lead in second part and Bade sahab in third, I always thought bade sahab was the main villain. Even if 3rd part was not needed, D2 felt rushed.
  18. Bade sahabs reveal was shit, should have been someone more intimidating, like a high ranking army general (Musharraf maybe?). I doubt ISI is going to base their operations from the advice of a half dead man.
  19. The scene of Hamza walking through Dubai airport and seeing the surgical strike on TV...... I hate the conveniently put right, place right time, shit like this. Hamza could have gotten the info of the surgical strike same way he got all his other news of India, his own TV in his own home, or someone else's, but not a public place like Dubai Airport.
  20. I want to be served good quality propaganda, not this shit.
  21. Hamza's background story is well....., ok I get it he was army trained went and killed a bunch of people and then got trained by RAW/IB (wherever it was) then exported to pakistan, but how does he have such good political skills? (power play, negotiations, emotion control etc) these can be taught but still to get good at them you need a lot of experience in this field,

a better background story would have been like, Hamza is from a family with defense background, his siblings work for government CBI/NIA etc, Hamza himself works in Military intelligence, or Special forces recce, and has done a lot of successful undercover infiltration ops in J&K, his sibling finds a massive black money network of ISI connected with many high profile Indian politicians (good place to blame congress), they try to report to their superior but get told to keep quiet, they try to be a whistle blower, and get their entire family killed, Hamza finds the truth and does a night raid on a high ranking officer house, clearing a well, protected house of a high ranking officer and killing him, gets caught and the story can continue the same way, with Doval saying something "there are a lot of traitors in our own politics yada yada yada, we need to destroy the network from Pakistan's side first yada yada yada we need to do this with utmost secrecy even from other agencies yada yada yada. It is all Nehru's fault yada yada yada"

There is more but don't feel like writing it, I get the same feeling from D2 that I get from Berserk, absolutely amazing Manga all the way till the author died after that it just doesn't hit the same. In Dhar's case I feel like he had a lot for part 1 but by part 2 he just wanted it to be over with.

Pain in right inner thigh (near groin area) when I do smith machine squats

22M 5'5 (167cm) 47kg (104lb)

Started going to the gym, I am following this Will Tennyson beginner full body workout 3 days a week.

  • Squat 5x5 (Smith machine)
  • bench press 3x8
  • Barbell row 3x8
  • Romanian dead lift 2-3x8
  • Barbell curl 2-3x8
  • Inverted row 3x10
  • Cardio (bit of treadmill or biking, I added on my own not in the program)

I use smith machine because their empty bar is heavy, I kept dis balancing and not doing my set.

I have noticed since past week whenever I do smith machine squats I have a bit of pain in my right groin, and when squatting if I really focus on my left leg a feel it a bit in my left groin area aswell.

It happened after I did it when I increased wright to 10kg (22lbs) before I was doing it with 5kg(11lbs). I have gone back to 5kg now and dont really push myself to failure.

I sometimes feel it very slightly when I am sitting or walking, not pain but a feeling that some feeling is there, but it is rare.

EDIT: it is directly on my thigh like upper thigh I dont know anatomy correctly, but I guess on Adductor brevis muscle

EDIT 2: Also just noticed it (not pain just a feeling) when my legs are spread or stretch like this, not an Issue with mobility since I am Indian and am used to the Indian sitting way

Back hunches over when doing barbell row or barbell romanian dead lift

22M 5'5 (167cm) 47kg (104lb)

Started going to the gym, I am following this Will Tennyson beginner full body workout 3 days a week.

Squat 5x5

bench press 3x8

Barbell row 3x8

Romanian dead lift 2-3x8

Barbell curl 2-3x8

Inverted row 3x10

Cardio (bit of treadmill or biking, I added on my own not in the program)

Whenever I try to do barbell row or romanian dead lift my back hunches, it is not straight, even if the bar is empty, the target muscles themselves don't feel that sore. Last week I did dead lift with 11lbs, everything is fine but the posture.

Also very few times my leg feel like shaking, even if the bar is empty.

Please help

I have a Nepalese passport, was in UAE, and right now am in India.

Basically my parents moved to UAE when I was 4 and did not care about educating me.

now I am 22 and was recently studying in an institute which had tie up with university for bachelors, but my father had a stroke and I had to drop it because of financial reasons. I have done GED.

I want to go to French Foreign Legion because I think this is my only chance in life, but I have no job and I don't even have a bank account.

I am in India, can't go to Nepal or UAE.

Given my situation, can you please tell me if there is a way that I can get a Schengen Visa?

These ones

I was a dumb kid and did a lot of pushups with horrible form and used to sleep on couch, around 8 years back I started having this popping noises when I would do external rotation of my shoulder, sometimes I guess I feel a bit of popping pain? I can't recall exactly well when I had it last time, since it is quite rare.

Went to gym 2 years back for a month and had difficulty with certain shoulder exercises with dumbbell, then life happened and couldn't go anymore.

Now I want to start gym again and I am thinking of doing this dumbbell external rotation from Sam Sulek, thoughts?

Also I went to a physiotherapist for this issue, when I started gym, and she told me to quit gym all together and do swimming to build the muscles around shoulder, but for me swimming pool is not really accessible.
