Pulled my leg muscle, thought of doing suitcase carry but it shifts weight toward leg.
Did knee raise on captain's chair, the only issue is that after I get tired from doing them I just drop my entire body on the floor and land on my legs, which causes strain on them. No matter how much I focus I end my making this mistake.
Any other ab/core exercise that doesn't put any pressure on leg?
I have previously been using JBL Tune 500 Wired On-Ear Headphones
I have been using JBL Tune 500 Wired On-Ear Headphones that I bought in UAE for 2 years, and it broke.
Currently in India and I need an earphone, that has clear audio for learning French and Music.
Should be durable enough.
I use it mainly on my laptop
Please give suggestions
I was at the gym and saw captain's chair, so I was wondering if adding any ab exercise will be beneficial or is it a waste of time.
I am following this full body workout 3 days a week. (From Will Tennyson, but I added/changed a few things)
Also I am not doing some of the exercises since I pull my leg muscle
These above exercises are for shoulder rehab and also for pull ups since I will be joining the army, right now I can't even do 1 pull up
I do them 2 sets, last one till failure.

The issue with inverted row is that, I am unable to place my body the same way, also my neck hurts a lot when I do them.
Can you please advice me something better
Major spoilers
Yes I am jobless, and have a lot of free time,
Plz no hate and dont take this seriously, this just a vent
I don't favor any political party or religion
I love Dhurandhar "1st one" it is one of my favorite movies (except the ending Hulk man part), even considering Hollywood movies, it is up there, second part was utter shit, in comparison, few reasons:
a better background story would have been like, Hamza is from a family with defense background, his siblings work for government CBI/NIA etc, Hamza himself works in Military intelligence, or Special forces recce, and has done a lot of successful undercover infiltration ops in J&K, his sibling finds a massive black money network of ISI connected with many high profile Indian politicians (good place to blame congress), they try to report to their superior but get told to keep quiet, they try to be a whistle blower, and get their entire family killed, Hamza finds the truth and does a night raid on a high ranking officer house, clearing a well, protected house of a high ranking officer and killing him, gets caught and the story can continue the same way, with Doval saying something "there are a lot of traitors in our own politics yada yada yada, we need to destroy the network from Pakistan's side first yada yada yada we need to do this with utmost secrecy even from other agencies yada yada yada. It is all Nehru's fault yada yada yada"
There is more but don't feel like writing it, I get the same feeling from D2 that I get from Berserk, absolutely amazing Manga all the way till the author died after that it just doesn't hit the same. In Dhar's case I feel like he had a lot for part 1 but by part 2 he just wanted it to be over with.

Started going to the gym, I am following this Will Tennyson beginner full body workout 3 days a week.
I use smith machine because their empty bar is heavy, I kept dis balancing and not doing my set.
I have noticed since past week whenever I do smith machine squats I have a bit of pain in my right groin, and when squatting if I really focus on my left leg a feel it a bit in my left groin area aswell.
It happened after I did it when I increased wright to 10kg (22lbs) before I was doing it with 5kg(11lbs). I have gone back to 5kg now and dont really push myself to failure.
I sometimes feel it very slightly when I am sitting or walking, not pain but a feeling that some feeling is there, but it is rare.
EDIT: it is directly on my thigh like upper thigh I dont know anatomy correctly, but I guess on Adductor brevis muscle
EDIT 2: Also just noticed it (not pain just a feeling) when my legs are spread or stretch like this, not an Issue with mobility since I am Indian and am used to the Indian sitting way

Started going to the gym, I am following this Will Tennyson beginner full body workout 3 days a week.
Squat 5x5
bench press 3x8
Barbell row 3x8
Romanian dead lift 2-3x8
Barbell curl 2-3x8
Inverted row 3x10
Cardio (bit of treadmill or biking, I added on my own not in the program)
Whenever I try to do barbell row or romanian dead lift my back hunches, it is not straight, even if the bar is empty, the target muscles themselves don't feel that sore. Last week I did dead lift with 11lbs, everything is fine but the posture.
Also very few times my leg feel like shaking, even if the bar is empty.
Please help
I kind of like this simple program, here is the link
Squat 5x5
Pause bench press 3x8
Barbell row 3x8
Romanian dead lift 2-3x8
Barbell curl 2-3x8
Inverted row 3x10
Did day 1 of RR, and I noticed the pull up bar is quite high up, and I did not see any stool for reaching it, so I don't think so Negative pull up is possible,
can you please tell me any other alternative?
EDIT: I see lat pulldown machine being a good recommendation, I have an additional question, are my biceps even being worked if I follow RR?
I have a Nepalese passport, was in UAE, and right now am in India.
Basically my parents moved to UAE when I was 4 and did not care about educating me.
now I am 22 and was recently studying in an institute which had tie up with university for bachelors, but my father had a stroke and I had to drop it because of financial reasons. I have done GED.
I want to go to French Foreign Legion because I think this is my only chance in life, but I have no job and I don't even have a bank account.
I am in India, can't go to Nepal or UAE.
Given my situation, can you please tell me if there is a way that I can get a Schengen Visa?
I was a dumb kid and did a lot of pushups with horrible form and used to sleep on couch, around 8 years back I started having this popping noises when I would do external rotation of my shoulder, sometimes I guess I feel a bit of popping pain? I can't recall exactly well when I had it last time, since it is quite rare.
Went to gym 2 years back for a month and had difficulty with certain shoulder exercises with dumbbell, then life happened and couldn't go anymore.
Now I want to start gym again and I am thinking of doing this dumbbell external rotation from Sam Sulek, thoughts?
Also I went to a physiotherapist for this issue, when I started gym, and she told me to quit gym all together and do swimming to build the muscles around shoulder, but for me swimming pool is not really accessible.
