ADHD stimulant while on topiramate 25mg nightly?

I have ADHD-c and have been wanting to go back on concerta for a while now. as I'm on a lower dose, I don't experience the side effects to the degree that everyone else seems to. but if I go on concerta, I still worry maybe it'll help me less than it did last time because of the topiramate. I wanted to ask about peoples' experience of being on a stimulant while on topiramate. did it help? did it do nothing? did your stimulant become less effective?

my gum keeps pulling away from my back tooth

hi, I have been noticing an odd feeling in my mouth. of course I have. it's like my entire mouth is an odd feeling, so uncomfortable. it has been 13 days since the surgery (day of is day 0), and every time my tongue accidentally prods in the back bottom right, I feel a weird separation. today, I looked in the mirror and, lo behold, when I pulled my cheek, my gum slightly pulled away from my tooth, too. will this fix itself? does it just need to fuse back, or something? I know I'm not done healing. I had a mini hole that closed up into a butt into a flap cous my stitches came out. I still get some deep aches in my sinuses and jaw. but I seriously hate how this feels over everything else I've experienced during recovery.

Bottom right site keeps bleeding

I got the surgery like an hour and a half ago, almost 2... Removed the gauze at home. All was well. Took ibuprofen and Tylenol as instructed. Cleared blood from my mouth with water and determinedly gentle head banging. Then I started leaking an obscene amount of blood spit into the garbage can. It was bleeding again!!!! The gauze went right back in. It was 30something or maybe 40 minutes before I took it out. Gentle... All was well

I rest my head.... Return of the condensed blood spit!!!!! It was bleeding again!!!!!! Currently have gauze in my mouth. What in the world do I do. I thought the first time could have been because I kept chatting. I was even talking at the surgery place before they put the gauze in. Only that area hurts 🤕 🤕 🤕

edit:2 and a half hours it's still fucking pooling blood im going crazy

how's wisdom tooth post-op with migraine/pppd?

hi, my surgery is on the 17th. I am getting all 4 wisdom teeth + 3 other impacted teeth removed. can anyone tell me if tooth removal fucked them up pretty bad? I started topiramate + sumatriptan a couple months ago which finally soothed my issues (migraine, vestibular migraine, tension headaches). I'm even starting physical therapy next month to help my pppd. I'm worried that this surgery is going to make me take a giant step backwards. did anyone experience an uptick in migraines or vertigo/dizziness afterwards??? I'm so worried.

diagnosed w/ vestibular migraines, but...

they don't want to say I have PPPD for sure and instead wrote down that I have a 'balance sensitivity.' I can't recall exactly what they put in my clinical notes, but I know it was something about a sensitivity. I had a large appointment with PT, ENT, and audiology to figure out why I am always at a level of unsteadiness, dizziness, feeling faint... vestibular migraines, a visual preference, and a sensitivity. the ENTs told me that I highly likely had PPPD and that all my symptoms lined up, but they couldn't nail down a trigger event, that I couldn't seem to name one.

I'm curious: can a vestibular migraine not be a trigger event? they kept insisting it had to be some sort of head injury or something like that. I feel like the start of my vestibular migraines (which were very severe and long-lasting before starting topiramate ((for my regular migraines, vestibular ones not yet having been acknowledged))) correlate with the start of my never-ending unsteadiness. it's a little frustrating to have them not know either. I'll talk to my neurologist and pcp about it. they want me to do vestibular PT either way, said it'll be good for me and my coordination. huzzah!

How is Cottman Ave KPot for allergies?

I have a severe allergy to peanuts and all treenuts (I will react with anaphylaxis) & am wondering how the Kpot spot in Cottman's shopping center is in regards to cross contamination and all? Should I just avoid sauces and soups? Or is there more to be worried about, such as potential side dishes etc? Should I stick to the hot pot?

if I wanted to get off 25mg...?

there's nothing about anyone being on 25 mg for an extended period of time. I know it isn't good to suddenly stop any medicine. even though it's the lowest prescribed dose, if I wanted to get off of it, I would've been taking it for a long time. so... would I have to cut it in half maybe?
