Schedule from hell

For context, this is a FT job that does community mental help outreach. It is an entry level job everyday on site. Pays terribly in a very COL area. Not enough to survive, which means PT is necessary to pay the bills. But how can a PT job be possible with this schedule? Is management so disconnected that they can't understand how problematic it is? Have you ever dealt with a schedule like this?
