Ktm svc guys saying engine warranty will not be claimed if i use any other engine oil rather I should only choose this shit (hp) oil

And they are saying it is companies order and they are following it and i have seen some posts that ktm has allowed us to choose our oil and it will come under warranty so what should i do now bcs this is the only svc near my hometown guys!

Have anyone ordered these spares from the SVC (authorised ones) ? If yes are there colour options bcs if i buy through aftermarket ones they charge 2800 for those fork protectors

KTM Adventure 390X Oil Level drop

This is the engine oil level condition after running 2500km and service centre guys said it’s still in good level no need to worry but it is below the min level so im worried rn
Any suggestions for this issue ? Wt is the solution for this ?
