Pleasant neighborhoods?

What are pleasant areas to live in New Orleans? I guess we'll have to see if we can afford the rent. I just mean places where you can enjoy living, some trees, moderately safe?

We are moving from Miami, where rents, everywhere, are impossible, so we are hoping things will be a little less unaffordable.

There must be a way to complain to Lenovo about the hinges on the IdeaPad.

I want someone else to feel my pain.

Orthophytum gurkenii spike with pups. Part of me wants to plant them, part of me wants to leave them like alone and see how long they'll last.

will adding more bromeliads in front of this oak be harmful to it? it seems ok to me with all the other plants on and around it - any problem adding More? (I'm working on removing the aroid roots on the trunk)

How to train my very aloof semi-feral to not be scared of my brother and let him feed her while I'm out of town.

I'm going on vacation in August and need to get my very shy semi-feral kitty, Cortadito, to not be scared of my brother who will have to feed her.

When my brother moved into my house with his 2 cats, my own kitty decided to just stay outside all the time. There is also another feral that my brother feeds. All the cats kind of bully mine and won't let her eat, so I "protect" her while she's eating.

The outdoor feral is no longer an issue because I've taught him that I will feed him if he keeps away from us while she eats, and he also gets her left-over food, which is strangely very popular with the other cats.

One of my brother's cats got sick and sadly passed away, so instead of having to worry about three cats being aggressive to my kitty, it's now only one and that one can be kept inside the house while Corty eats.

Now I have to train both my brother and my kitty to accept each other enough so that she can eat while I'm gone.

Here is a picture of my very pretty very aloof kitty, she looks like a kitten but is full grown: https://imgur.com/a/AWwLMM9
