Thoughts on this?
So apparently they are now trying to transition into a gaming plus content company rather than just gaming. Honestly this made me lower my expectations for Mukti. What are your thoughts on this?

So we are hearing all about The Age of Bharat as the next AAA big thing of India which is being developed by Tara Gaming Limited in Pune. However, one thing i have noticed is their hiring is usually open for Gameplay developers, artists and other major roles. Is there any real progress in the development of the game or are we expecting another "Mumbai Gullies" situation. Not to spread any negativity because i genuinely support the Indian gaming scene. Can anyone who currently or used to work in Tara Games tell something about the current development situation of the game?
Hi i saw alot of posts regarding youtube banning you due to low quality content or slop. Has anyone ever faced this? I would like to know what happened after the ban and did it got resolved or not?

Hi everyone
i have two accounts under same email and verified with same phone number. One account is already monetized and i am planning to monetize second account as well using same ad sense account, same address, same bank account and other information. I post kinda similar content on both the channels (football highlights and player POV's). Will i get in any trouble or is it allowed to monetize my account under these circumstances?

So those who don't know an Indian game developer named Nikhil Malankar claimed some years back to develop the GTA of India which as of now has failed miserably. Now i had full sympathy with this guy till now until his latest youtube video. In this video first he explained how he raised the funding after showing trailer of his game which was outsourced by his company. Now the concerning part is the game's GDD was also developed by an external company even when he had game designer's in his own company. The worst of the video is he explains that this project failed because his art team and programming team did not communicate for 6 months of production while he was handing out more than 50 lakhs salary per month. Note that most of the employees were senior members who were earning around 1.5 lakhs per month. Then in year 2023 he said his company faced losses and could not pay the salary due to which many employees left the company which also hampered the production phase. He also blamed his programming team for not giving him the source code of the game.
My Conclusion:
Throughout the video he was seen blaming his employees who were not good enough to build the game and stopped working when salaries were not paid. He also stated this affected the game's showcase in 2023 which affected their further funding options.
The most dangerous thing is in the end he tells how it was a mistake to hire internal team and instead all the work should have been outsourced to external teams.
This guy thinks that Indian programmers and game developers are not good enough to make a AAA games and instead companies should just outsource their work to external teams. Nikhil Malankar is a classic example of a guy dodging accountability and putting all the blame on the employees. These type of guys should be avoided in the Game Development Community.

I have a video with copyright claim which says "Copyright-protected content found. The owner
allows the content to be used on YouTube". The video is doing well but will it affect monetization of my channel in future?
