So this cat has been visiting my house for the past month and now she lives here almost all day, we give her food, play with her and if she wants to come inside the house, she meows to let us know.

My friend told me she looks pregnant to her, but she's not fat from the belly as of now (from top and side view)

Any cat person, please help me out so I can take better care of her!
