Preparing for YoY review meetings in industry sales

Excel and doing things by hand is driving me nuts and I'm looking for either a sanity, or a reality check here.

Context: clients are distribution companies, yearly revenue per client is 6-7 figures. # of products range from 5 to 15, 2-3 SKUs per product.

Question - when preparing for yearly meetings with such clients, how do you pull, sort and work the data? Right now it's all manual invoice pulling and manually entering everything into excel, simple formulas to calculate growth and projections. Ah and of course the stock levels is pulled from emails and best case scenario some spreadsheets the clients deemed us worthy of sharing with. The amount of manual errors is stupid (or I am stupid, quite likely too I suppose).

"Teams together" doesnt work on some maps

I downloaded a bunch of large maps to play vs AI and for some reason on several the 'Teams together' doesnt work at all. For example map Icecrown Glacier or Entrance to the City has a very clear 3v3v3v3 layout, however I keep getting my team split across the map. Is this a known bug with a known fix or just an outdated map or something?

Looking for recommendations for large maps vs AI

Hey lads, anyone can give some recommendations for cool maps I could play like 3v3v3v3 or larger with and vs AI? There are only a few by default and after so many years, looking for something fresh :)

Suggestions where I could find them myself would be just as good of course. I found a few websites with bunch of maps but couldn't find a way to filter out all those custom mode maps, which seemed to be the vaaaaaaast majority of the maps there.

Advanced Skirmish options any good?

I tried ticking on all the AI 'boosting' options like Improved AI sieging, More Aggressive AI sieging. But it feels like... they have actually become worse with them? Or is it just me?

Where can I get 1v7 type maps for Crusader Definitive Edition?

Been ages since I played the game, but one Youtube video led to another and ended up on a channel called SergiuHellDragoonHQ who played a bunch of simple, but neat 1v7 style maps. Of course no links are available, Workshop has no filters and is flooded with some sort of maps for achievements, the haven website has the last map uploaded in like 2023 or so.

Anyone can help out here? Thanks!

Question about challenger sales

Jesus and the first apostles - were they challenger type salesmen or hardworkers? Clearly not relationship builders.

Offering coaching for game sense (up to 1.5k faceit/15k premier)

Hi everyone, I’ve been doing free coaching here and there and since I’ve been offered an actual payment for a free service one too many times - thought why not structure it more and make an offering out of it.

The topics I coach on / what makes this coaching different:

  1. Macro game understanding (map control, timings, economy)
  2. Playing as a teammate while soloq
  3. Teamplay basics
  4. Why, when and how to use utility (this is not line-ups)
  5. Rotations in relation to teammates, map state etc.
  6. Mental part of the game - a perspective from sufficient sample sizes, controllable and uncontrollable variables
  7. Warmup vs training
  8. IGLing basics
  9. Leadership basics (partly IGLing, partly outside of the game)
  10. Actual impact vs KD/ADR

What I will not coach you on:

  1. Lineups - youtube/workshop maps are excellent resource for it
  2. Mechanics - plenty coaches offer this for far less, while also being a lot better than me at it
  3. Pointing out every single mistake you did throughout the game - it’s great for short term, but the application is very narrow and doesn’t make you a better player as a whole

I am not pretentious enough to state mechanics are less important than the topics I am coaching. It’s quite the opposite - mechanics alone is the easiest way to get to face it 10 and beyond. My goal is to teach you how to think about the game, rather than how to play the game. I’d say my coaching works best if you fall into one of these categories:

  1. You are a beginner, want to get good, and are overwhelmed with how much different information is out there about the game
  2. You are already training to improve however are stuck at it (I’ve lost count how many people I’ve seen who think they’re training when they are actually warming up)
  3. You want to get into IGLing
  4. You want to start building a team/make your random 5 stack feel more like a team

About me:

  1. Faceit 2k, Premier 25k
  2. ~10 years of coaching experience across different games and IRL jobs
  3. 80+ people coached across different games and IRL jobs, out of which ~15 in CS

Due to sub rules - not free, but of course refundable. DM for details.

I wish AI could use items

I've just finished my 4th playthrough on an amazing map Elemental Land and I came to realisation just how much more challenging these maps would be, if AI could simply utilise some of the items/artifacts they pick up. I'm not sure how it works currently, but I'd bet AI just puts on whatever it picks up first and never changes. Which I think is a shame - they pick up some anti forgetfulness amulet and never swap it to anti berserk in such a map?
