I was having a bad side effect and my doctor said I could just quit Chlorthalidone cold turkey, no tapper needed.

I feel like she knows what’s she’s talking about but am still worried about rebound side effects. I’m also on Lorsatan and Amlodipine and am staying on those. Any one quit with no issues?

I did stand up for a long time on the pro level before taking a break for Covid and was surprised how quickly it came back.

I recently have taken an even longer break and am wondering what people’s experiences have been, especially those who have been in the game a while, coming back after a long break. Does it always come right back?
