Mail can be send but not received

Body:

Hi r/techsupport,

My parents use a custom email domain (hosted by GoDaddy) for their email. Both my mom and dad have the same email settings configured in Gmail and Outlook. My dad can send and receive emails without any issues, but my mom can send emails, but cannot receive any.

Here’s what I’ve checked so far:

Storage: My mom’s mailbox was full, so we cleared some old/junk emails. This didn’t fix the issue.

Settings: Both use the same settings in gmail and outlook and I couldn't find something odd in windows defender.

POP3/IMAP: I read something about POP3 possibly causing issues, but it seems odd that it would affect only one account and not the other, especially since they’re on the same domain.

Additional info:

The domain was set up years ago when GoDaddy became popular in the Netherlands.

Both accounts are configured identically in both Gmail and Outlook.

Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this? Any troubleshooting steps I might have missed?

Thanks in advance!
