Henriettas where are we buying our activewear from?

Moving away from Lululemon and really don’t want to jump on the Alo wagon.
Any recommendations of qualitative sportswear for pilates, weight training from companies more down to earth and less influencer type of vibe?

Contemporary dance studio

Can anyone recommend a dance studio where they teach contemporary dancing? I know Pineapple but the crowds there seem to be early 20s whilst I’m late 30s - anyone been there, please share your experience!

I’m based in Bermondsey, so anywhere SE London or around London Bridge/Bank area would work for me

9 month old nursery food lacks diversity and proteins

What does your nursery feed your baby usually for breakfast, lunch and tea?

For context our LO is 9 months, he’s been going to the nursery since he was 7 months old and he’s been on solids since 6 months.

The nursery feeds him kinda the same sweet potatoes, broccoli, peas, carrots, sometimes chicken sometimes beef on repeat for lunch. Tea is usually yoghurt and fruit and breakfast is always Weetabix and milk.

I get that food is entertainment until 12 months but shouldn’t it be a bit more diverse?

Pelvic floor pressure 9 months PP

Gave birth via caesarian 9 months ago, all went well and recovery was smooth. Had a bit of pelvic girdle here and there but nothing crazy. Did my kegels during pregnancy but I admit I stopped doing them
PP.

Started getting a pelvic floor pain that sometimes it’s even hard to walk, lift my legs up or simply move. This started at around 8 months PP, it doesn’t happen everyday but enough to have me wonder if there’s something wrong.

Anyone else been in this situation?

Eating disorders nutritionist/dietitian/therapist in London

Can anyone recommend a clinic or dietitian specialised in eating disorders in London?

I’ve struggled with mild eating disorders my entire adult life, I constantly battle the food noise on a daily basis. I workout and lead a healthy life generally but my brain can’t switch off when it comes to thinking about food and I want to finally address it.

Would love to see someone in person in central London so if you have any recommendations would be greatly appreciated

7 month old is at nursery, not eating

My BF baby took a bottle fine from day 5 until he was 4 months old. From 6 months we tried softer approaches, different bottles and nothing worked. We did the Rowenna Bennet method and after 2 weeks he was comfortably eating 160ml 5 times a day. Then he started nursery, got ill and we resumed the nursing as he was on antibiotics. He’s now full time at nursery and refusing to drink from the bottle.

I’m sat at home, supposedly working and crying that I’m letting my baby down

I keep reading it takes babies a month to fully adjust to nursery and start eating normal amounts. I am tired, stressed and I feel like crying the whole time. I can’t find joy in anything. It’s not PPD. But when will things get better? I feel lost.
