Celestron nexstar 4se

I have a new problem since last night. The telescope was being used and working properly then NO RESPONSE 16 came up , I pressed undo a few times. It took me through ENTER , SKY ALIGN, DATE, TIME then it said use the direction arrows then the NO RESPONSE CAME ON and the scope moved upside down and kept moving so I turned it off.

It's doing the same this morning.
