My team and I usually help with finding the people screening them building a list of potential candidates, scheduling interviews and doing all the other tasks that can slow down the hiring process. The company still gets to decide who they want to hire.

Lately I have seen that a lot of companies in healthcare, tech, customer support, admin, sales, operations and remote work are looking for people.

It is always interesting to see how different companies handle the hiring process.
