So I've brewing my pot on low heat on a eletric stove and it usually takes 30mins to start and it sputtering I've tried different temps and starting with hot or boiling water I've done different grind setting but its all the same never a consistent flow
I see navi 48 in in my sound setting but when i switch over to it no sounds comes out of my speakers connected to my monitor also checked out alsa mixer and it is not muted updated ever system i know i did have issues with my mic through my motherboard but i don't know if this would be related since it would be through my graphics card
So recently tried updating my bios, and the update finished, screen went black but never turned back on waiting 15+ mins nothing still then turned it off tried turning it back on but would never post thought maybe it was a bad bios update. Then so I tried to q flash it at the back of the motherboard but now it get stuck updating the motherboard flashes red indefinitely till I turn it off with the PSU. I've read that some usb stick can be finicky so I've tried 2 so far also read that if you try to update to the newest BIOS right away that can cause issues so I tried and older one from 2024 still same thing. Im gonna try different USB stick and an older BIOS version to see if it will finally go through
So i have a few ideas what could be issues first thing im thinking is a speed sensor issue which is what im gonna try first but also maybe a wiring issue 🤷♂️ last idea is my cluster is just bad. It also reads way worse in the winter usually doesn't go above 20mph just asking for trouble shooting ideas
So I recently built a new computer and I'm using the same SSD from my previous build so i haven't changed anything software wise and it work before. So I'm assuming its a motherboard issues my mother board is the asus rog strix X870-a it only has 2 jacks on the back an input and output also case port doesn't work either. I did check to see if the port was disabled in the bios but it wasn't

Edit: i've read someother post on github about other x870 boards not working seems to be something about the chipset and linux setting my mic to line input and not microphone input https://github.com/alsa-project/alsa-ucm-conf/issues/718 but i don't have any idea how to fix what they're talking about
