This started as a traditional sketch, which is the second image.

I played around with different brushes and rendering styles for different parts (like the airbrush & manually drawn sparkles for the cape/scarf versus the basic pencil brush used for the greens and browns.)

This was just to mess around and experiment, but I figured you people would like it.

Oh, and please note that the sketch looks a bit different than the final because this is using a redesign I made for him! While I was making the sketch, I didn’t have my phone to look at a reference and was going off memory.

I really wanted to use some of the brushes I recently downloaded, being a sparkle brush and a light brush, I think it turned out pretty good!

Edit: big endgame spoiler, it’s an image showing Link and Ravio though (which in itself isn’t a spoiler, so I can say that much, at least).

His design is mainly based on MM, since most of OoT technically didn’t happen, after travelling back in time at the end of the game.

This is… kinda pixel art, but also not? The colours on the Wind Fish are kinda messy on purpose.

A lot of these have my own Link designs, it is all Link though!… featuring the Wind Fish (LA), Ravio (ALbW), Mipha (BotW) and Shadow Link (FSA/FS Manga).

The last three pieces are pixel art, it’s so fun, I can’t get enough of it.
