Help

I’m 14 months off meds and 4 months after going on and off supplments which caused a cognitive shutdown. Currently doing lion diet with a 2:1 ratio fat to protein. It’s disgusting. I’m never hungry and the fat is gross and i swear gives me a bad reaction. I think the keto part of it and no blood sugar spikes is very good though. Should I eat less fat or go to a carnivore diet or a keto diet? Is eating a lot of protein and fat okay?

What trade is best to get into right now? Plumbing? HVAC? Electrical?

Hi, I want to get into a skilled trade but unsure which to pick. I wanna work around 40-50 hours a week, something that is rescission proof.

14 months off psych meds and 4 months off supplements after kindling. Now going on lion diet.

Hello, I’m 20 years old and was medicated falsely for 10 years of my life on high doses of lithium seroquel and trieltpal. I was 7 months off medication and was doing fine just on vitamin d3. I then suffered a concussion from a boxing match where I had brain fog sound sensitivity etc which everything went away after 7-10 days except sound sensitivity but even that was getting way better. I then stupidly went on and off supplements like magnesium glycinate, vitamin d3, safroon, etc. i did that for a month which caused a cognitive shutdown anxiety and bad sleep. I then stupidly continued that cycle for 2 more months. It’s now been 4 months off supplements, anxiety is better, sleep is way better but cognitive shutdown still persists and my physical energy is decent but not where it was at. Note I was eating junk food a lot during this time. I’ve had windows and waves a little bit which I weirdly never really had when getting off psych meds. Anyways starting the lion diet experimenting with different fats such as Wagyu, angus, using Kirkland beef patties frozen. I’m wondering, will this diet really lift the rest of my anxiety and cognitive shutdown caused by supplement kindling? If so how long would that take?

Just to make this short I’m 20 years old and got off 600mg of seroquel, 1650mg of lithium, one and a half trileptal I BEILVE twice a day, with 50mg of Benadryl and 10mg of melatonin. I have been medicated since I was 10 years old diagnosed with bipolar but it turned out not accurate. I’ve been 13 months off meds. At about 7 months off meds I suffered a concussion where my memory was foggy I was floaty etc, which then my memory and balance came back after about 7-10 days with the only thing lingering being sound sensitivity which was getting better. I then was experimenting with supplements, going on magnesium vitamin d l theanine etc. I was going on and off supplements for about a month till I tried Safroon which made me feel so slow so I stoped taking all supplements. I then had a cognitive shutdown like I couldn’t access my brain. I then quit all supplements for 2 weeks and then got back on safroon magnesium l threnate stupidly. This all caused huge side effects of restlessness sound sentivity so I got off everything again and permanently. When I got off I had a huge cognitive shutdown, awful mood, the restlessness stayed, my sleep even more awful and everything. Major sound sensitivity light sensitivity etc even now I have trouble writing this. My stamina at work is awful too. I’ve had windows now of my mood being better and my stamina being good but then it goes away again. My sleep has stabilized back to where it was at but my cognition still shut off like I can access my brain sound sentivity and light sentivity there ESPIALLY after eating carbs it’s terrible. It’s been 3 months now. When should I be back to my 13 months off meds baseline? Have I completely eliminated or stalled my psych med healing? Does junk food or fortified reverse the supplement healing?
