Losing motivation

Having a hard time as I feel like I’ve grown stagnant. My clinic does not do any marketing or community events or participate in any trainings. New clients request to book with the owner as she’s an MD. I am trying to get out there on social media but very very limited dt no one wanting anything of theirs posted. Clinic also does not want to bring in anything new, I am finding it hard as I grow more and more unaligned. I’ve invested in myself thru trainings and conferences but go back to clinic and feeling unmotivated again. Has anyone felt this way, what to do?

I work at a MedSpa an hour away and I’m thinking of signing up with persimmon so I can inject f&f closer. Do you think my MedSpa would be upset?

Should I change my IG @

hello! I want to start creating content and building my personal branding. I am in the beauty industry but don’t necessarily want to niche in just that. I want to post more personal photo dumps, skincare grwm, wellness, I’m also in school and want to post that etc. I’m tired of switching between my personal/professional instagram. My professional has more followers so Im thinking I can also get more engagement.
example: my @ is @injectionsbyarie

how to merge professional and personal?

I want to start posting more personal/beauty+wellness content creation on my professional page. I use it a lot to network and when I go out and meet new friends. A lot of my post right now are before and afters but I want to start posting what I want vs mainly before and afters. I want to work on more personal branding and if I bring in clients, even better. Should I archive all my before and afters or just start posting? I am thinking of this so much that it’s crippling me from posting.

What do I start with?

I want to get serious about posting on social media. I have ideas on where I want to be, but the overwhelm of where to start is stopping me from actually posting. My goal is to gain clientele but also build my community/personal branding. My niche is beauty and wellness. Should I start with getting a SMM? or should I actually start posting first?

Has anyone started off as a brand ambassador for a brand?

I want to get into content creation, and am working with a brand as their brand ambassador doing demos at booth. I believe in their brand and would love to create content using their products after.

Merging IG accounts?

I have a professional work instagram and a personal account and it’s been a little more tedious to do both and I want to work on showing little more personal branding and posting more personality on my professional instagram. Should I merge the accounts and keep my personal for close friends? Or should I just start posting more professional on my personal page?
