Lost the ability to add/remove channels in Pik Tv/Telus TV?
I went in this week to try and add a channel to my Telus TV subscription (it's the one that's formerly known as Pik, not Optik TV). There's now no option anywhere online to add/remove channels.
Has this happened to everyone with a Telus TV subscription?
I have a callback scheduled, but I suspect they're going to try and push me to Optik TV, which sucks. I loved how simple and online-first this service was and just needed an app on my existing android box. Very sad day if this is going away.
