When does Kraken unrestrict a KRAK card account that has been restricted by receiving an official salary on the account?
- No questions asked in the "restriction notice"
- Live chat disabled for that account
- Support ticket created
- Complaint created
- Locked out of grocery buying and bill payments
- Today is the 7th day since the restriction was applied and essential debanked...
When is this expected to be solved, and what is the compensation for locking a person out of their funds without explanation? You also promote this behaviour of sending salary to your card with an x% salary match.
Why is Fleet schedule management/API locked out for retail users?
I'd like to ask the Navimow team to explain why Fleet schedule management and API access are restricted to resellers and commercial Fleet accounts.
I recently contacted my local distributor and was told that Fleet is intended only for dealers managing many robots. However, the functionality already exists. I was even told that everything needed to control the robot is already available in the app, and I shared screenshots showing Fleet supports individual users, but I never received an explanation for why retail customers are excluded.
As a homeowner, I don't think this restriction makes sense. Many of us own multiple robots or integrate our smart home devices with Home Assistant, Homey, Node-RED, or custom automation. We don't need Fleet because we're resellers—we need access because we own the hardware and want to automate it.
The mower hardware is the same. The software capability already exists. The only difference is the account type.
I'm not asking Navimow to develop new features. I'm simply asking them to make existing schedule management and API functionality available to retail users, either by:
This would make Navimow far more attractive to power users and smart home enthusiasts while costing very little compared to building entirely new features.
Navimow team: Is there a technical reason for this restriction, or is it purely a business decision? More importantly, are there any plans to provide official API access and schedule management for retail customers?
I'd appreciate an official response.
Hi, I’m trying to identify the correct replacement thermostatic radiator head for a Giacomini radiator valve.

Important context: the same building has multiple different radiator valve/regulator types. One of them is Giacomini, shown in the attached photos, but other radiators may have different fittings. I’m trying to confirm the exact head for this specific valve, not for the whole building.

Known/possible replacement heads I found:
- Giacomini R470X001
- Giacomini R460X001 “Clip Clap”
- Giacomini R470HX001 M30x1.5
- Giacomini R468H M30x1.5

From the photos, this valve does not clearly look like a standard M30 male thread. It appears to have a Giacomini-style collar / clip / bayonet fitting, but I’d like confirmation before ordering.

Can anyone identify which thermostat head fitting this exact valve uses?

Questions:
Is this valve a standard M30x1.5 fitting, or a Giacomini-specific fitting?
Is the correct head likely Giacomini R470X001?
Or is it the R460 “Clip Clap” type?
Are the M30 versions wrong for this valve?

I’ve attached close-up photos from the front and side, with a ruler for scale.

Thanks!
