I know this is gonna be an extremely long shot, but when I was 16 (now 49) I went through Queens university Outlook program for troubled teens, which we did a week long hike around Algonquin.. was life changing. But at one particular spot was my favourite, it was a river up to a small waterfall (which had a log across the top), and your portaged down the side of the waterfall. At the bottom was a campsite right on the point of the river turning. We camped for the night there and spent the day hanging and dropping from the waterfall.. was the highlight of the whole trip. I'm hoping someone might has any random ideas where this might be? I know it's probably changed over the decades.

Hey so here's the thing, I've got a 2002 Hisense 55u78h. Its older and the internal storage just for apps is constantly running out and it's slow as hell. Unfortunately at the same time my computer I was using for Plex/jellyfin also died.. so now I'm in the market to bridge the gap if possible, I was thinking about getting a good streamer with USB support and then adding an external HD or multiple via powered USB hub (if supported)

I don't really sideload I've only used stuff available on Play so that's not really an issue.

I'm looking for best picture possible and good audio since I'm also looking at adding a soundbar in the next few months as well. I stream at the highest quality possible and I have multiple UHD available sources both steaming and locally.

Im really not sure, I'm torn between all of the big recommended 3.. google tv steamer, the newest onn 4k pro, or the good ol' Nvidia Shield pro. I'm in Canada if that makes a difference.. I'm pretty sure I can find most available if I try hard enough if there is something else I should be looking at?

Edit, I can't really use Ethernet in my current room layout so wifi is my main means of connecting all my devices

Hey I saw an ad somewhere not to long ago about a specific dog service out of Odessa. They had several acres of fenced in Forrested trails with everything a doggie could want in a day spa! I lost the post but they also offered shuttle service to and from Kingston to Odessa. I have 2 large breed dogo Argentino mixes that would absolutely LOVE the chance to roam free and horseplay with other large breeds, and think it's great to send them once a week to de-stress and enjoy nature and just being dogs!

With bell now and had the absolute worst experience.. bill not even due yet and got email and text demanding payment NOW or they were cutting me. Reps even said I shouldnt be ready for disconnect but confirmed I am in the next few days. Service has been stable, can't complain there, but everything else OMFG!

Update: contacted my bank once again they verified that not only did they take it out, they tried a second time and failed due to being lack of funds. When I contacted them I was finally put in with the actual owner who had just come on shift. They investigated and apparently it was on their end. Their POS system failed to acknowledge and pass the info of the payment along. They are gonna be dropping off our stuff shortly

So used there full service option through their app today, got all the fancy options and pickup and delivery. When they said it was done I paid with my visa.. never had a problem before. According to their app after I paid it, it still says not paid. I checked my visa app, sure enough it's taken out. Contact fresh laundry, they tell me it doesn't show anything in their end. I contact my bank and verify their not holding it or anything and they tell me no it processed properly. I call fresh laundry again and she contacts owner who basically tells me tough luck unless it shows on their end I don't get it back.. I offered to send them a screenshot showing it came out and my wife offered to even walk down there and show them in person (25min walk) and they still won't do anything and are withholding my clothes and bedding. I'm basically screwed unless there app stops bugging out

Hey we are in a situation where our previous landlord of 10+ years retired and sold all his properties. New landlord hired 2 seperate local property management companies and quickly fired them since they were actuqlly maintaining the property. They have now hired someone from Toronto and they have let the building fall apart. We were currently suffering from rat issues where they have literally chewed an 8" hole in our ceiling.

Since they purchased it they have tried to bribe us out for 4k. Threatened to evict us over 15 times in 3 years and are now trying to blame the dmg on us and evict us for that at the same time filing they wanna tear down our whole building and start from scratch.

We've suffered through lack of maintenance, infestations, flooding from upstairs mentally unstable tenant, harassment in the form of smashing things against the ceiling from tenant below us (who only left cause he was swatted for threatening to blow up the hospital), and nonstop threats and trying to be forced out by our landlords

We are a fairly quiet older couple (late 40s/early 50s) looking for a quiet 1bdrm or basement apt. We have 2 dogs who only really get loud at knocks on the door or moderate growling while play fighting, and they LOVE to lick people heh. He's on odsp, and she works full-time at best western in the kitchen. We were looking for something long term, single floor as I'm physically disabled, but can go up or down a small flight of stairs if needed. If all goes well we will retire here. Would like a fenced in yard for the dogs and I do smoke weed medicinally so that wouldn't have to be a problem. We just want a maintained apt, pay our rent on time, be friendly with our neighbors, and be left alone to enjoy the property.. if you have anything or know anywhere, please reply and let us know

Edit: this is a home converted into 5 units.. basement unit was deemed illegal in last fire inspection ( no proper egress, downstairs), the apt above us was dmgd due to the guy filling a kiddy pool and dumping it on us all ours of the day, this lasted 8 months) and one apt they just haven't even tried to rent out even though it's in good condition when last tenant moved out. Besides us there is another tenant that's been here even longer then us, 15+ years.

Landlord harrassment?

We've been living in our bachelor for 10+ yrs. The previous landlord was great with maintenance and anything else and never increased the rent from 800 incl. 3 years ago he sold all his properties and retired. The new owner lives in the states and doesn't give a crap about our laws, they hired 2 previous management companies who were quickly fired cause they were keeping the buildings upto code and doing necessary repairs. Landlord then hired bridgproperties outta the Toronto area and we have had nothing but issues.

To start they tried to bribe us to move out within the first couple weeks of taking over (4000), then when we refused they started hitting us with bogus eviction papers. Over the last 3 years they have 1. Let someone mentally unstable move in above us who filled a kidddy pool with water several times a day to dump in us flooding our place at all hours of the day and night, this went on for 8 months, we lost thousands in clothes and small appliances. This eventually progressed to his tearing apart appliances, ripping out his whole window frame and proceeding into throw those items and more at our deck and patio doors. 2. Moved a second mentally ill person downstairs from us who would constantly throw things at the ceiling and smash through the walls all hours of the day and night. He was Only removed because police got involved when he called and threatened to blow up our local hospital. Since then they have been told by the fire dept that the downstairs apt is not suitable for living because it doesn't have easy egress incase of fire. 3. March of last year we had a major ice storm that took down a large tree out back that damaged this house, the neighbors and destroyed their fence. They did nothing about it till August when bylaw was finally called and issued an order.

Throughout all of this they have served us with various eviction forms while we are still paying our rent on time, they won't leave us alone!

After the person downstairs had destroyed his apt we noticed the windows were smashed out, this was Sept/Oct of last year. We warned them that mice and rats would be looking for warmth and they did nothing about it. Sure enough as soon as the temperature dropped we got rats. I informed them several times via phone call and nothing (including other work that needed to be done) was fixed. I sent an email Dec 10th adding it to the ever growing list of things needing fixed , now they are serving us with an eviction papers saying they have retained a contractor to draw up plans to demolish the building and we have to leave, as well as claiming the pictures I sent of the damage the rats had caused (8" hole above bathtub they chewed through the ceiling and a smaller one along the baseboards of our tubs) is caused by us and our 2 dogs (large breed cannot fit under pedestal sink in corner). They have since stopped dealing with me and hired a paralegal who's frankly telling me I'm screwed and have no rights because told how they are filing with the LTB..

I'm scared, confused, and Kingston community legal clinic isn't getting back to me, I left a message last week and my wife dropped off a copy of the notices. Queens law won't help and legal aid doesn't cover landlord disputes. I've contacted bylaw since there is damage and a rat problem and that can make you very sick but I'm scared that might have made things worse for me. Any advice? We really don't want to move. We just want to pay our rent on time and continue to enjoy our space.

Looking for some help, I'm rather new to the game (just over 1 month) and I've got a good main spec for raids and such and it's progressing well. I'm using one of the community builds that uses mephetic cloud, bats, and ws buffs your primary, now this works great when I'm in control cause I prebuff as I'm running to the next pack but with auto battle now, it doesn't cast anything till it gets to the mobs and by the times it's cast 3 buffs, someone else has taken the kill.

I know gems and familiar stones, stained remains, and monstrous essences are shared but from what I've seen, legendary drops goto the one with the kill shot, and that definitely isn't me. I was auto battle farming with clan mates and they were saying how they were racking them in and I managed 2 for the hour :(

Has anyone come up with or can recommend something that would work without all the prebuffing? Preferably something that gets to the mobs quickly and just dps down? It doesn't have to be meta level damage.

Edit; or could possibly point me in the direction of some complimentary skills and essences that might work well I can build around?
