How do I make this tank work

It feels like no matter what I do I literally cannot do well unless my team does well, if my team is all going negative and my supports are just pocketing dps I can't do anything. I'm constantly playing corners and trying to make space, but I just get beamed down by 4-5 people as soon as I step out from a corner and yet my dps still cannot secure any kills.

Also I don't know how some reins can play so aggressive and go completely unpunished. I look at vods of higher rank reins like durpee and it looks like he just waits for people to walk up, but when I do that I just get melted before I can get a single swing in.

Yes I do grab crusaders resolve, and yes I do look at my team to make sure I'm in line of sight.

Meals

Trying to actually lock in and I'm looking for meals that would help me gaining muscle and losing fat. I'm 180 pounds 6 ft not super fat but it's definitely noticeable on the love handles and belly. I've started going to gym 6 days a week and I figure I should probably lock in with meals rather than just eating whatever I want whenever I'm hungry.

What fast food meals are healthy and still taste decent while not being super expensive, I've heard panda express and wawa are decent, and a little bit about arbys being great for protein. I generally get fast food at work since there isn't really a microwave or anything on an ambulance.

What are meals I should start doing for breakfast, and what kind of ingrediants are most important?

Mouse of similar size/shape as g502 hero but lighter

My friends have told me the G502 hero is bad for the wrist and the weight can cause worse performance in fps games, so I figured I'd try a new mouse. I have used the G502 hero for a long while and have gotten used
to the shape, so I'd like one shaped or sized similarly with a lighter weight.

Mouse of similar shape/size as g502 hero but lighter

My friends have told me that the g502 is heavy enough to cause me to perform worse in games and it also causes some strain in the wrist, which I won't disagree with. I've never tried an actually light mouse so I figured it was time to do so.

I've used the g502 hero for the past bout 5-6 years and quite like the shape of it and how it fits in my hand, so if possible I'd like a mouse of similar size or shape but much lighter.

9070xt crashing on lower stress games

For some reason when i run small lower stress games that should run perfectly with tons of fps, it just randomly crashes shortly after launching the game. I'm talking shitty looking games that I get hundreds of fps (300-500 sometimes higher )on max graphics 1440p.

When it crashes it flashes black and closes both the game and adrenalin.
