I cant find myself in merit list ...

Guys i have applied to multiple programss .... but now i cant find myself anywhere in the merit listt ( in general merit list also ) what can i do ???

Must I pay fee for 3rd preference to stay in merit list for 1st/2nd?

I got selected in COMSATS in my 3rd preference program.
I asked admission office and they said I have to pay the fee to "secure my seat".

My confusion:

  1. If I pay the fee for 3rd preference, will I still be considered for automatic upgrade in the next merit lists for my 1st/2nd preference? Or does paying lock me in?
  2. If I pay the fee but don't get 1st/2nd preference and I don't want to continue with 3rd preference, what's the refund policy? Do COMSATS campuses refund any amount?

Summer rash that starts on fingers and spreads every year. What is this?

Hi everyone, I’ve been getting this skin issue every summer for the last 2-3 years and it keeps getting worse. It first started just around my fingers, then spread to my hands, and now even to my arms. I have dry skin and I have no idea what’s causing it. The weird part is it just disappears on its own in winter. Has anyone experienced something similar? Could it be an allergy, heat rash, eczema, or something else? I’m currently out of the country so can’t see a dermatologist right away. Any advice or tips to cope with it in summer would really help. I’ve attached 2 pictures from this summer. Thank you!

Should I pay UMT fee now or wait for PU/COMSATS merit lists?

I got into UMT with 65% scholarship. They want 57k now to secure seat. If I leave later for PU/COMSATS, they’ll only refund 17k.

I’ve also applied to PU and COMSATS but their merit lists will come after 1 month.

Should I pay UMT and risk losing 40k, or wait and risk having no uni?
Can I ask UMT to extend the deadline?

Advice needed please 🙏

19F - Skinny everywhere except belly, thighs and double chin. What actually works?

Hi, I’m a 19F.

My weight is in the normal range, but it’s actually closer to underweight. I’m slim overall, but I have 3 problem areas that bother me:

  1. A little bit of belly fat
  2. Thigh fat
  3. Double chin
    My face is thin but I still have a double chin, and everything else on my body is slim.
    I know a little belly fat is normal and healthy, so I’m not trying to get "abs" or anything extreme. I just want to tone up and not feel self-conscious.
    I’ve heard about lymphatic drainage massage. Does that actually work for reducing puffiness/belly/thigh fat/double chin? Or is it just temporary?
    What should I actually do? Diet, workouts, posture, anything? I don’t want to lose more weight overall since I’m already on the slimmer side.
    Any suggestions or advice from people who’ve been through this would really help. Thank you!
